We create premium perfumes and diffuser experiences inspired by world-class scents and hotel atmospheres. We are now seeking a Marketing Manager to lead campaign execution, creative direction, and marketing team coordination across both brands.
About The Role
We're looking for an organised, detail-oriented, and proactive marketing leader who thrives where creativity meets structure.
You'll manage the full marketing calendar — overseeing campaigns, creatives, email, influencer activity, and paid channels while ensuring everything runs on time, on brand, and with measurable impact.
This role is perfect for someone who builds systems, leads teams, and turns marketing strategy into consistent execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Plan and execute monthly and quarterly marketing campaigns across both brands.
- Manage day-to-day coordination between creative, email, and paid marketing teams.
- Approve creative briefs, visuals, and messaging before launch.
- Ensure brand consistency across ads, emails, influencers, and website.
- Oversee agency performance (Meta, Google, and Klaviyo) and hold them accountable to KPIs.
- Maintain campaign trackers, creative test logs, and reporting dashboards.
- Analyse performance metrics (MER, ROAS, AOV, CTR, CVR, CAC) and translate insights into action.
- Develop and test new product bundles, gifting offers, and landing pages.
- To improve conversion rate (CVR) and average order value (AOV) by optimising everything customers interact with on your website — product pages, landing pages, bundles, checkout, and offers.
- Manage the Marketing Coordinator, Social Media VA, and creative freelancers.
- Implement and maintain SOPs, content pipelines, and reporting systems.
Qualifications
Experience & Background
- 4–7+ years in marketing, brand, or eCommerce management.
- Proven experience executing campaigns across Meta, Google, and Klaviyo.
- Strong background in Shopify or other D2C eCommerce platforms.
- Experience managing agencies, coordinators, and creative freelancers.
- Track record in planning and delivering campaigns on time and on brand.
- Familiarity with influencer, email, and paid media coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret key marketing metrics (MER, ROAS, AOV, CVR, CAC).
Skills & Capabilities
- Highly organised and detail-oriented — excellent project management.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce growth levers (offers, bundles, CRO, retention).
- Skilled in creative direction — briefing, approving, and optimising ad creatives.
- Strong communication skills — clear, concise, and structured.
- Confident analysing reports and translating data into actionable insights.
- Experience in on-page optimisation (PDPs, landing pages, checkout flows).
- Able to balance creativity with commercial and performance outcomes.
- Comfortable working with remote and cross-functional teams.
- Process-driven — builds and follows SOPs, trackers, and systems.
