Ecommerce Shopify Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Ecommerce/Shopify to help manage online store operations, optimize product listings, and support the overall growth of e-commerce accounts. The ideal candidate has experience in Shopify or Amazon store management, understands automation tools, and can handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced online business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Ecommerce Management

  • Set up and manage e-commerce websites (Shopify, dropshipping, or related platforms)
  • Oversee e-commerce accounts and ensure smooth daily operations
  • List new products and maintain accurate product catalogs
  • Create, write, and optimize product content for SEO and engagement
  • Manage and update inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy
  • Track and organize product and sales data for performance review

Product Research & Sourcing

  • Develop and execute a daily product sourcing plan
  • Research trending and profitable products to meet market demand
  • Support in selecting products that align with brand goals and profitability targets

Marketing & Growth

  • Assist in brand partnerships and onboarding new brands
  • Write and send email marketing campaigns
  • Create and run online ads (Facebook, Google, etc.)
  • Help with automation setup and landing page creation
  • Implement KPIs and analyze performance metrics
  • Prepare and submit weekly performance reports

Customer & Operations Support

  • Respond to customer and client queries related to e-commerce accounts
  • Gather feedback and help improve customer experience
  • Provide back-end administrative and technical support as needed

Experience and Proficiency

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • E-commerce management experience, either from a corporate setup or as a VA (required)
  • SaaS management experience preferred, ideally with Helium 10
  • Experience with dialer tools (PBX) and Smartsheet is a strong plus
  • Shopify or Amazon seller account experience is a huge advantage
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
