Job Description

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Ecommerce Marketplace Manager to lead our Amazon and Walmart business operations. This role will oversee strategy, execution, and performance across both marketplaces — driving growth, profitability, and brand excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Leadership

  • Own end-to-end performance for Amazon and Walmart, driving sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and execute marketplace strategies that align with overall company objectives.

Agency & Partner Oversight

  • Manage external agencies and partners, ensuring alignment with KPIs, deliverables, and ROI goals.
  • Maintain proactive communication and accountability to achieve consistent results.

Advertising & Optimization

  • Oversee large-scale PPC, DSP, and Sponsored Ads campaigns across both platforms.
  • Optimize targeting, bids, and budgets to improve ACoS and maximize ROAS.

Catalog & Content Excellence

  • Ensure all product listings are optimized for visibility, conversion, and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful imagery, A+ content, and enhanced brand stores.

Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Track and analyze marketplace metrics including CTR, CVR, TACoS, Buy Box share, and organic ranking.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and deliver detailed weekly/monthly reports to senior leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal brand, creative, and marketing teams on promotions, launches, and pricing strategies.
  • Support seamless coordination between advertising, inventory, and operations.

Market Intelligence

  • Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies.
  • Identify emerging trends and growth opportunities to maintain a competitive advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php130, Php150,000.00 per month
