About Leapify
Leapify is an AI-powered business operating system built for small and growing service-based businesses. We're expanding rapidly and are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to help bring Leapify into the hands of business owners everywhere.
Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. You will focus on lead qualification, outreach, and nurturing business owners interested in using Leapify. Your goal is to build strong relationships and set qualified appointments for our Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email, and social channels.
- Qualify inbound leads and identify potential opportunities.
- Clearly communicate Leapify's value proposition to small business owners.
- Schedule product demos and sales meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in our CRM.
- Follow up on leads consistently to move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize messaging and outreach.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for lead generation and booked calls.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting (SaaS experience preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to confidently speak with business owners and decision-makers.
- High resilience — comfortable handling objections and staying motivated.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach automation platforms is a plus.
- Goal-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
