About the role

Yondu Inc. is seeking a driven and experienced B2B Business Development Manager - IT Solutions to join our team. This is a full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this strategic position, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with key clients in the IT solutions sector.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prospecting and generating new leads through cold outreach, networking, and other business development activities
  2. Qualifying and nurturing leads to convert them into new client engagements
  3. Conducting in-depth needs assessments to understand client challenges and propose tailored IT solutions
  4. Negotiating and closing sales contracts while ensuring client satisfaction
  5. Collaborating cross-functionally with the sales, delivery, and marketing teams to support the end-to-end sales process
  6. Maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities to meet and exceed your sales targets
  7. Continuously expanding your knowledge of the IT solutions market and staying up-to-date with industry trends

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT solutions or technology industry
  2. Demonstrated track record of successfully identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with C-suite and senior-level decision-makers
  4. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of IT solutions
  5. Proficient in using CRM tools and data analytics to drive sales activities and measure performance
  6. Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team
  7. Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred
