- The Role & Impact: As the Business Development Manager based in BGC, you will be responsible for originating, structuring, strengthening relationships and closing deals/contracts with our business partners. Your success directly influences DFNN's national growth trajectory and visibility.
What You'll Be Doing
- Strategic Account Origination: Target and penetrate new major enterprise accounts (B2B and B2G) within the Metro Manila, focusing on financial services, telecommunications, and high-growth technology sectors.
- Complex Solution Selling: Serve as the lead sales executive, expertly articulating the value of DFNN's sophisticated IT solutions (e.g., core system integration, digital platforms, regulatory technology).
- Leadership: Work with a team of Sales Associates, Account Specialists and Marketing Teams to develop compelling, high-stakes proposals and close deals.
- Market Insight: Analyze competitive landscapes and market trends to position DFNN for strategic wins.

What You'll Need to Succeed (The Ideal BGC Strategist):
- Experience: 5+ years of demonstrable success in B2B or B2G sales, specifically selling high-value, complex IT solutions, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or Systems Integration services.
- Network: Proven track record of successfully engaging and closing deals with C-level and VP-level executives in Metro Manila's major corporations.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required (preferably in Business, IT, or Engineering).
- Mindset: A highly professional, strategic hunter with exceptional presentation, negotiation, and contract structuring skills.
