Role summary:
The GBayanihan B2B SPOC, Manager level, will serve as the primary liaison between GCash and NGO partners, overseeing the full partner lifecycle, from sourcing and onboarding to ongoing relationship management. The role will lead the end to end operations of GBayanihan to ensure seamless execution, compliance, and impact delivery. The goal is to deepen the integration of GCash digital products into NGO operations and position NGOs as key channels for driving positive impact within their networks.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner sourcing and onboarding: Identify, evaluate, and secure NGO partners aligned with GBayanihan objectives. Lead onboarding and ensure activation meets regulatory requirements and GBayanihan standards. Design and implement streamlined onboarding, documentation, and compliance systems.
- Partner management and relationship building: Engage NGO heads and foster strong, collaborative relationships. Provide ongoing partner engagement to drive adoption of GCash digital solutions. Position GCash as a strategic enabler for NGOs to amplify reach and social impact.
- Operations and governance: Oversee backend operational processes that ensure transparency, accountability, and efficiency. Manage and resolve NGO related operational concerns, including settlement disputes, account changes, and documentation issues. Operationalize reporting mechanisms for timely and transparent impact submissions.
- Program insight and development: Co lead insighting activities to capture partner needs, pain points, and opportunities. Provide data driven recommendations for product and program improvements based on NGO usage and engagement behavior.
Candidate profile
- Manager level
- Background in business or brand management, or sales and partnerships
- Strong stakeholder management and operations experience
- Familiarity with NGO sector and compliance is a plus
