We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive the adoption of the Enov8tive System Solution within the healthcare sector. This role focuses on engaging with hospitals and clinics to understand their operational needs and strategically position our integrated system (HR, Payroll, Finance) as the optimal solution for streamlining their business workflow.
Core Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Outreach: Identify, research, and proactively target key decision-makers (e.g., CEOs, CFOs, HR Directors) within prospective hospitals and clinics.
- System Promotion & Presentation: Conduct compelling in-person visits and presentations to potential clients, clearly articulating how the Enov8tive System Solution integrates various functions (HR, Payroll, Finance) to solve specific healthcare management challenges and deliver tangible ROI.
- Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead qualification through to presentation, proposal generation, and negotiation. Maintain accurate records and forecasts in the CRM system.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand the prospect's current systems, pain points, and requirements to tailor the solution presentation effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the implementation and product teams to ensure the proposed solution aligns with client needs and successful onboarding.
Qualifications
- Proven success in a B2B sales or business development role, preferably within the Software/SaaS industry.
- Experience or strong familiarity with the Healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics) is highly desirable.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to travel frequently for client visits.
- Strong understanding of integrated business systems (HR, Finance, Payroll) and the value they bring to large organizations.
