Role Description:

This is a full-time remote contract role for an hands on, experienced B2B Content Writer. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality web content, developing engaging content strategies, conducting thorough research, writing tailored content, and performing accurate proofreading. The role involves writing compelling content that aligns with marketing goals and enhances the branding efforts of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and write long-form blog articles, guides, whitepapers, and case studies for B2B clients.
  • Collaborate with SEO strategists to plan content topics and outlines.
  • Conduct interviews or desk research to ensure content is accurate, credible, and well-informed.
  • Adapt tone and style based on the client's brand voice.
  • Optimise all content for readability, search intent, and SEO best practices.
  • Meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Web Content Writing, Writing, and Proofreading.
  • Proficiency in developing effective Content Strategies and conducting in-depth Research.
  • Strong communication and time management skills to meet deadlines in a remote work setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing trends and best practices is preferred.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience
    writing for B2B audiences across industries such as construction, manufacturing, architecture, or professional services.
  • Proven ability to understand and simplify
    complex or technical topics.
  • Strong research and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent command of English grammar, tone, and structure.
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with SEO and marketing teams.
  • Portfolio required.
