
Labor Relations Manager

JOB SCOPE:
- To support the development and activities of HR policies, the Code of Conduct, and the offboarding experience, among others.
- To provides support in ensuring compliance with the Philippine Labor Law and all relevant rules, regulations, and orders of the Department of Labor and Employment.
- Helps implement employer branding initiatives, maintain social media content for Hann Careers pages, execute recognition programs, and coordinate employee activities.
- Ensures that HR policies, programs, and activities are implemented in alignment with and in support of the organization's goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any four (4) year collegiate course, preferably of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related course.
- At least six (6) years of progressive HR experience, with at least three (3) years specializing in employee and/or labor relations.
- Good knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, salient DOLE guidelines, and the employee grievance process through DOLE.
- Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written Filipino & English.
