Job Description:

  • Monitors the unit's expenses and ensures that these are aligned with the annual budget set.
  • Handles complaint and ensures resolution within the prescribed time frame.
  • Develop programs or projects for the improvement of services.
  • Conduct patient engagement thru hospital rounds (including patient visit) and ensure that all staff will be able to provide one (1) story per week about the patient journey.
  • Conducts survey, consolidate, and monitor the net promoter (recommend) and top box score (overall experience) of the hospital.
  • Facilitates training programs on Customer Service within the department and other units.
  • Designs, develops, and monitors Functional OKRs and promotes alignment on Enterprise & Institutional OKRs
  • Ensures that all activities and responsibilities of the department are achieved.
  • Assists the Senior Customer Relations in ensuring that all activities and responsibilities of the department are achieved.
  • Monitors all points of service extended to all patients/customers.
  • Performs other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor/manager.
  • Fosters camaraderie amongst the Customer Relations team through activities/events such as a team building workshops to increase efficiency, strengthen teamwork and boost staff morale.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate with any 4 years course.
  • Willing to start Immediately.
  • Preferably with experience atleast 1 year in healthcare and service arrangement for international and local insurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php12, Php13,000.00 per month
