Job Summary:

Oversees all restaurant operations, including finance, staff management, customer satisfaction, and strategic planning. Manages profit and loss (P&L), and ensures brand standards are met.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of HRM or any Bachelor's Degree course.
  • With managerial experience, preferably in F&B industry for at least 3 years.
  • Has broad knowledge in P&L, revenue & profit margin, customer satisfaction scores, employee turn over rate, food & labor cost percentage.
  • Proficient in the following dimensions of management: HR, planning, communicating, mentoring, and development.
  • Open and willing to work on graveyard/shifting schedules.
  • Willing to be assigned in BARN, CLARK FREEPORT ZONE.
