Role Overview

We're hiring a
proactive Offshore Business Development Representative (BDR)
to help us grow in the property management and real estate market. Your main job: book qualified meetings with property managers and operators. You'll do that through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach — backed by tools like HubSpot CRM and Dialer.

This role is ideal for someone who's driven, coachable, and hungry to build a career in SaaS sales. A clear, neutral, or North American accent is strongly preferred.

What You'll DoMeeting Generation (Primary Focus)

  • High-volume outbound calls:
    Make
    80–100 cold calls per day
    to North American property managers and real estate professionals using HubSpot Dialer.
  • LinkedIn outreach:
    Connect and message potential clients to generate interest and schedule meetings.
  • Email campaigns:
    Write and send targeted, personalized emails that convert into booked calls.
  • Appointment setting:
    Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure follow-ups happen on time.
  • Activity tracking:
    Log all outreach activity in HubSpot with obsessive accuracy.

Sales Administration

  • CRM hygiene:
    Keep lead data and interaction history in HubSpot clean and current.
  • Reporting:
    Track activity metrics, conversion rates, and performance trends.
  • Process improvement:
    Spot and suggest ways to make outreach and admin processes faster and smarter.

What You BringRequired

  • Communication:
    Fluent English, clear neutral or North American accent. Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Tech skills:
    Experience with HubSpot CRM, HubSpot Dialer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation.
  • Sales chops:
    1+ year in outbound prospecting or inside sales, ideally in real estate or property management, with proven meeting-booking results.
  • Industry familiarity:
    Understand property management workflows and challenges.
  • Self-starter mindset:
    Can work independently, manage time, and handle rejection without losing momentum.
  • Setup:
    Personal computer, webcam, noise-canceling headset, and stable high-speed internet.
  • Availability:
    Work U.S. business hours (PST or EST).

Preferred

  • Tools:
    Experience with Apollo, ZoomInfo, or other sales intelligence platforms.
  • Data-driven approach:
    Can analyze outreach data and adjust tactics.
  • Education:
    Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar.
