This is a full-time seasonal Customer Support Representative role based in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a key member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our clients, handling a high volume of inquiries and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email and chat in a friendly, professional manner
  • Troubleshooting customer issues and providing effective solutions
  • Documenting all customer interactions and following up as needed
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and escalating feedback to management
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the services industry but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address a variety of customer inquiries
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
