The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee all financial operations of ensuring fiscal responsibility, strategic growth, and operational efficiency. The CFO will provide leadership in financial planning, risk management, and compliance while driving the firm's financial strategy to support its mission of delivering exceptional accounting and advisory services. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in financial management, preferably within professional services or accounting firms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute the firm's financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to support growth objectives.
- Financial Oversight: Manage financial operations, including accounting, treasury, cash flow management, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring robust internal controls and compliance with tax, audit, and legal requirements.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional development.
- Client Advisory Support: Collaborate with partners to provide financial insights for client engagements, including tax planning, business advisory, and consulting services.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze financial data, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present financial reports and strategic recommendations to the CEO, partners, and board, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
- Technology Integration: Oversee the adoption of financial technologies and systems to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and client service delivery.
- Mergers & Acquisitions: Evaluate and manage M&A opportunities, partnerships, or expansion initiatives to drive firm growth.

Qualifications:
-CPA
- Quickbooks Pro Advisor
years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role, ideally within an accounting or professional services firm.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strategic mindset with a track record of driving growth and operational improvements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with client-facing financial advisory or consulting services.
- Familiarity with the accounting industry's competitive landscape and trends.
