???? About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial functions, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance. This role is ideal for a dynamic finance leader who can drive sustainable growth and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

???? Key Responsibilities
Lead the company's financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions.

Develop and execute financial strategies that support long-term business objectives.

Ensure full compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and cost analysis.

Drive strategic business decisions with accurate financial data and insights.

Partner with business units to optimize financial performance and operational workflows.

Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team.

Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders including auditors, investors, and banks.

Implement and manage ERP systems and financial software to ensure data integrity and efficiency.

???? Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

MBA or CFA designation is a strong plus.

Proven track record as a CFO, VP of Finance, or senior financial executive in a mid-to-large scale organization.

Deep understanding of corporate finance, GAAP, and financial regulations.

Extensive experience with financial modeling, scenario planning, and strategic decision support.

High proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel, and financial software tools.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong background in business workflow optimization and process improvement.
