About Us:
We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Remote Accountant to join our finance team. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility, a collaborative environment, and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain the integrity of the general ledger.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and vendor payments.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
- Assist with internal and external audits as needed.
- Utilize accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Excel for daily tasks.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
- CPA or relevant certification (preferred but not required).
years of accounting experience (remote experience is a plus).
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
