
Admin Assistant/Receptionist

Answers incoming telephone calls in a respectful manner.
Attends to requests and complaints of the members or employees, channeling the concerns to higher authority
Checks the attendance / timekeeping of the employees.
Coordinates the work schedules of the employees.
Files and conducts other clerical works that may be assigned from time to time
Follows up collection and other receivables on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
Education: graduate of a business-related course
Experience: At least one year of related experience
Knowledge: proper telephone etiquette, bills preparation, filing. work scheduling
Skills: computer literate, excellent communication skills, diplomacy, organization
Personality: honest, hardworking, multi-tasker, calm, confident
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
