About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at Plus Eighty One Bar and Restaurant Corporation' in Makati City Metro Manila. As our Receptionist, you will be the face of our business, playing a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our customers. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  • Welcome and greet customers in a warm and courteous manner
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails and visitors in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a neat and organised reception area
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as required
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent phone manner and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in using office equipment and computer software
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
  • Good organisational and time management skills
