Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support the Admin Assistant/Receptionist in managing the Admin Helpdesk.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare, format, and distribute official communications and documents.
- Maintain, organize, and update filing systems and records.
- Handle general office correspondence and respond to inquiries.
- Provide backup support to the receptionist when needed.
- Aid in office management tasks and help improve organizational processes.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and compliance with company policies.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Knowledge:
- Best practices in filing, record-keeping, and documentation management.
- Word processing and office software proficiency.
- Principles of business correspondence and basic report preparation.
Skills:
- Draft clear and professional correspondence and documentation.
- Perform general clerical and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries and requests.
- Follow oral and written instructions accurately.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Pay: Php150.00 per day
