Receptionist/Admin Specialist

What You'll Be Doing
- Greet and assist visitors, manage calls, messages, and maintain appointment schedules
- Handle mail, courier dispatch, and ensure cleanliness of the front desk and waiting area
- Coordinate with other departments for inquiries or follow-ups
- Facilitate the application, renewal, and monitoring of business permits, licenses, insurance, and bonds
- Supervise the maintenance staff, messengers and drivers by managing their daily schedule
- Ensure that office premises are maintained to provide a safe, efficient and equipped workspace
- Work with the Procurement department to maintain supplies for the office
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or in related field
- Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
- 1+ years of work experience as receptionist/admin specialist
