HR Assistant

Job Qualification:
- Provides administrative support to the human resources department by managing employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, processing payroll, and acting as a point of contact for employees
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
- Administrative Support: Performing general clerical tasks like filing, data entry, and maintaining confidential HR records and employee databases.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Posting job openings, scheduling interviews, assisting with candidate communication, and coordinating the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
- Employee Records: Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and other vital information, often in both paper and digital formats.
- Payroll & Benefits: Assisting with payroll processing by collecting time and attendance records, processing claims, and helping with compensation and benefits documentation.
- Employee Relations: Responding to employee inquiries, resolving basic issues, and ensuring smooth communication between employees and the HR department.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
