This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-performing real estate sales professionals to drive company growth. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying sales talent, a solid understanding of the real estate industry, and a passion for building high-performance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:

  • Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and recruitment events.

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  • Candidate Screening and Selection:

  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate with the Sales and HR teams to ensure a smooth selection process and provide hiring recommendations.

  • Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the company as an employer of choice in the real estate industry.

  • Develop recruitment campaigns and represent the company at job fairs, career expos, and industry events.

  • Data Management & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and analytics on hiring activities and metrics.

  • Regularly report progress to management and recommend improvements to recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on sales roles or within the real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing tools, and selection methods.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
