Overview

: We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Officer to join our growing offshore-team. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting and finance recruitment, strong administrative and operational coordination skills, and experience supporting Australian clients. You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process using Zoho Recruit, sourcing high-matching candidates, and maintaining excellent communication with internal stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Work closely with Australian clients to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Utilize Zoho Recruit for candidate management, job postings, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate and timely recruitment records and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal operations and HR teams for onboarding and compliance.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for accounting, finance, and operations roles.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and administrative processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
  • Experience with Zoho Recruit is 
    required

  • Experience working with Australian clients is 
    preferred

  • Proven experience hiring for accounting and finance roles.
  • Familiarity with Zoho Recruit or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong MS Excel and Zoho Sheets
    preferred.
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and client service mindset.
  • Ability to work independently from home with reliable internet and workspace setup.
