Position: E-Commerce & Sales Specialist (Scrap Metal)

Work Location: Lemon Square, EDSA, Quezon City

Salary: PHP 30,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated E-Commerce & Sales Specialist to join our team. You will be the front line of our digital presence, responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales entirely through online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and generate new sales leads through B2B platforms, social media (e.g., Facebook Business), industry forums, and search engines.

* Engage with potential clients via online channels, understanding their requirements, and providing professional consultations on scrap metal grades, specifications, and pricing.

* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.

* Manage the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry, quotation, and negotiation to finalizing deals and ensuring order fulfillment.

* Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth processing and logistics of orders.

* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for sales strategy adjustments.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of **2 years of experience** in online sales, e-commerce, or digital marketing.

* Experience in B2B sales, particularly in scrap metal, recycling, raw materials, or industrial products, is a **significant advantage**.

* Proficient in using social media for business and standard office software.

* Excellent online communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

* Results-driven with a proven track record in meeting sales targets.

* Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

* A college degree is preferred.
