Job description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps across departments and branches.
  • Design, develop, and implement training programs covering product knowledge, customer service, compliance, and leadership development specific to the financing industry.
  • Lead the company-wide onboarding and orientation program to ensure consistent integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Regularly visit branches to conduct face-to-face training sessions, audits, and employee learning assessments.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics, feedback, and post-training assessments.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date training manuals, materials, and e-learning content.
  • Collaborate with department heads to support career development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external training providers and ensure quality of outsourced programs.
  • Prepare and monitor the annual training calendar and budget.
  • Support organizational development and engagement activities aligned with company values and business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or certification in Training/OD is a plus).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Training and Development or HR within the financing, banking, or financial services industry.
  • Strong facilitation and leadership skills with the ability to train employees across different levels and locations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Willing to travel to our various existing branches to conduct training and orientations.
  • Knowledgeable in adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning tools.
