Training and Performance Management Supervisor

Training & Development
Identifies training and development needs through competency assessment.
Monitors and manages training budget and implementation of training program.
Facilitates trainings, team building sessions and workshops.
Develops training materials and prepares location setups for in-house programs.
Evaluates the effectiveness of the conducted trainings.
Reviews requests for external training and advanced studies.
Recommends/ reviews table of organizations, job descriptions to align with organizational requirements.
Provides administrative support for OD interventions which include but not limited to job review, reorganization, manpower planning, manual revision, etc.
Assists in the implementation and monitoring of OD-related strategic initiatives.
Tracks personnel movement and changes in the approved/existing table organization and job descriptions.
Conducts competency profiling, mapping, and assessment as basis for the Annual Training Needs Analysis.
Assists in the development, and maintenance of effective programs for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning.
Manages the maintenance and execution of the performance management system, including current job descriptions, standards of performance and performance evaluation instruments.
Planning & review
Conceptualizes with the HR Director in the planning, implementation, and review of strategies and activities of the section pertaining to areas of Training, OD and Performance Management
Annually reviews the KPIM of each section and of the Department together with the HR Director to ensure alignment of activities with the goals of the Department.
Conducts review of the section's accomplishments and monthly generated reports.
Leadership
Reviews, recommends and oversees implementation of policies, programs and processes in Training and Development.
Assists the HR Director in the fiscal management, delivery of services and sustainability of HR's Training and Performance Management Section / Research and Special Projects.
Ensures achievement of KPI Targets and consolidates KPIM Progress Reports for documentation and review of the HR Director.
Ensures monthly submission of KPI Progress Reports to IMS on a monthly basis.
Assumes responsibility for the discipline, attendance, work performance, training & development of direct reports.
Represents HR in various organizations.
Evaluates performance of direct reports.
Ensures that IMS standards are being implemented, monitored and documented.
Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
