Job Summary

Fortem Cement Corporation is looking for an experienced Training and Development Specialist to design, implement, and evaluate training programs that enhance employee capability, performance, and organizational effectiveness. The role is responsible for competency-based training plans, coordination of internal and external learning programs, and development of training materials, modules, and evaluation tools. This position is strictly open to applicants with proven experience in Training and Development, Learning and Development, or Organizational Development in a corporate setting.

Key Qualifications

  • Required: Prior experience in Training and Development, Learning and Development, OD, or related HR roles.
  • Strong background in training design, facilitation, and evaluation.
  • Familiarity with competency frameworks, LMS tools, and training documentation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong organization and project management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, Education, Business, or related field.
  • Willing to report onsite most days in Quezon City.
