About the Role

Phoenix One Medical Solutions Inc., a trusted provider of innovative medical devices, is looking for a Marketing Officer to support the development and execution of marketing strategies. This role will assist the Marketing Manager in campaigns, events, and initiatives that build brand awareness and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns for medical devices.
  • Support product launches, trade shows, seminars, and doctor engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to provide marketing materials and promotional support.
  • Manage social media platforms, digital content, and online engagement.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing collateral for healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Monitor and track the effectiveness of marketing activities and provide insights.
  • Liaise with suppliers, printers, and external partners for marketing requirements.
  • Assist in booking flights, hotels, and logistics for sales and marketing events.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare and medical marketing guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media management.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
