Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media & Content Creation

  • Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Help capture photos and videos for daily content and marketing materials.
  • Monitor and engage with followers to build community interaction.

2. Marketing Campaign Support

  • Support ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Help brainstorm new ideas for brand activations, seasonal menus, or special events.
  • Assist in coordinating influencer or partner collaborations.

3. Branding & Design Assistance

  • Help prepare and organize marketing collaterals such as posters, menus, standees, and flyers.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers or designers for production of marketing materials.

4. Event Coordination

  • Assist during in-store or pop-up events (setup, registration, giveaways, social media coverage).
  • Take photos and videos for documentation and post-event recaps.

5. Research & Reporting

  • Research marketing trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Help track performance analytics for social media posts and campaigns.
  • Prepare basic reports and presentations for the marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in food, lifestyle, and café culture.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other editing tools is a plus.

Learning Opportunities:

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From Php658.00 per day

Expected hours: 24 – 36 per week
