About the role

Zirconia Inc', a leading provider of innovative technology solutions, is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's marketing strategy and driving the execution of impactful campaigns. This is a full-time position based in Makati City Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Zirconia Inc' brand, products, and services
  2. Overseeing the creation and distribution of engaging content across various digital and traditional channels, including social media, website, and public relations
  3. Analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
  5. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimise and refine strategies
  6. Providing strategic recommendations to senior management on marketing initiatives and budgetary decisions
  7. Managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of at least 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within the technology or software industry
  2. Strong understanding of marketing principles, best practices, and emerging trends, with the ability to translate them into successful campaigns
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  5. Proven experience in leading and motivating marketing teams, with a focus on professional development and team-building
  6. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and technologies, including social media, content management, and analytics platforms
  7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a postgraduate degree is preferred
