Sales Account Manager:

Suniway Group of Company is seeking a SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER who can develop effective relationships with line managers, department heads, OPEN new client accounts and provide a professional service to the business.

Job Summary:

A sales account manager's primary responsibility is to oversee and expand a portfolio of current client accounts, fostering enduring bonds and boosting income by guaranteeing client pleasure and spotting new business prospects. In addition to attending to customer demands and resolving problems, the sales account manager serves as the main point of contact for the accounts they are allocated. They also look for ways to grow their clientele by upselling, cross-selling, and creating new leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing Partner Accounts, including account planning and sales forecasting and engaging cross functional resources, and working with the virtual teams to ensure alignment across the organizations. In charge of requesting account telco partners regarding band with adjustments, contract proposal, checking feasibility, and etc., Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales presentations and proposals.

- In charge of negotiating account partners, suppliers, and clients regarding specifications, scope of work, prices, terms and conditions. Canvassing all suppliers rates for comparison for local loop accounts.

- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone or in-person provide information about products, pricing availability and delivery schedules, assist in resolving customer complaints or issues by coordinating with relevant departments. Update and maintain the sales database by entering new client information, updating clients, projects assigned, implementation and recording interactions and sales activities to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

- Setting meetings with partners account, key holders in aligning the negotiation, coordination, and follow ups to fast track the projects, Making proposal contract for clients with specifications, scope of work, prices, terms and conditions.

- Processing Government related documents and legal documents like VAS licenses, RTA, and PRA for project implementation team.

- Work with James in terms of monthly billing, adjustments, payments and credit collection.

- assist Assists in billing reconciliation with partners account when it comes to long overdue or unsettled balances.

- Prepare and send payment applications for leased telecommunication rooms.

- Act as one of the point of contract among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.

- Coordinate with various departments, such as network, finance and PMO departments to ensure proper coordination.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing or any related course

  • Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager in a TELECOM Industry at least three (3) years in experienced in a corporate set-up.

  • Strong knowledge of Sales in a TELECOM set-up engagement processes, techniques, and TELECOM regulations.

  • Ability to OPEN new accounts for internet and Fiber Optic Services, CCTV and other projects

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving skills and with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft word office, Microsoft Excel software and Power Point Applications.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and travel to various project sites.
