Job Description:

CORPORATE SALES

  • The Manager is primarily responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring brand partnership programs and strategies for the assigned brand, SM Mall of Asia Arena.
  • Responsible for maintaining accounts, requiring effective business communication and partnering skills.
  • Meet the Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Sales Budget assigned by the Senior Manager, aligned with the Key Performance Indicators and Key Business Objectives of the Company.
  • Client Acquisition - Identify, research, and create sales opportunities; generate leads; target identification and classification of new prospects.
  • Client Management
  • Arrange meetings, deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting business opportunities offered by the company.
  • Client Relationship – Secure long-term partnerships; provide quality service through effective support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities; suggest profit and service improvements.
  • Account Management – Understand client requirements and customize products/services accordingly; prepare packages, close deals, coordinate activities, and handle billing and collections.
  • Promo creation and client business development – Prepare internal and published packages for special projects.
  • Sponsorship Management – Secure sponsors for major or co-produced events such as Miss Universe, Disney on Ice, and other events requiring sponsorship acquisition.
  • Coordinate with other Managers/Officers to ensure delivery of services and commitments to clients.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager for Corporate Sales to strategize and plan for achieving sales objectives.
