About the Role

The Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and building long-term client relationships. You will manage accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, encourage repeat and expanded business, and identify new opportunities. This role requires a mix of strategic account management, sales acumen, and client service excellence to meet revenue targets and strengthen partnerships.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts efficiently, addressing issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Develop and expand accounts through repeat business, upselling, and new business leads.
  • Build strong internal collaboration with operations, business development, and sales teams to maximize account potential.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities through research, industry monitoring, and lead generation.
  • Conduct client calls, meetings, and presentations to maintain strong engagement.
  • Prepare service agreements, contracts, and commercial proposals.
  • Support project progress reporting and provide regular client updates.
  • Track market trends, mergers, and environmental developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing sales budgets and oversee budget adherence for accounts.
  • Attend commercial and management meetings to align account strategies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in account management or sales in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong background in account development, client relations, and revenue growth.
  • Experience handling E-commerce or pharmaceutical accounts is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
