Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter with proven experience in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding ensuring that we attract and hire top talent to meet business needs. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of hospitality roles, industry standards, and workforce demands in hotels, restaurants, or F&B establishments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions across the organization, particularly within food & beverage, hotel operations, and support functions.
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, career fairs, and industry networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
  • Facilitate and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to both candidates and stakeholders.
  • Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future workforce requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, recruitment policies, and industry regulations.
  • Provide insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the F&B and hospitality industry.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the Food & Beverage or Hotel industry.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality roles, job functions, and operational requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work onsite, with flexibility in schedule depending on hiring needs.
  • Can start ASAP
