We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition function. This role will oversee the recruitment team, develop effective hiring strategies, and ensure that the organization attracts and retains top talent to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles.
  • Partner with department heads and senior management to understand manpower requirements.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and provide regular reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employer branding and candidate experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5–7 years of experience in recruitment, with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in leading recruitment teams and managing high-volume hiring.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing strategies, and market trends.
