What you'll be doing

  • Proactively sourcing and identifying qualified IT candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networking
  • Screening and evaluating prospective candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the requirements of the open positions
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements of each IT role
  • Providing a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintaining an organized and efficient applicant tracking system to manage the recruitment pipeline
  • Continuously researching and staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive intelligence

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing IT candidates in diverse roles
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry, including emerging technologies and in-demand skill sets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with both candidates and clients
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related technologies
