We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support end-to-end recruitment processes. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist in managing job postings and employer branding initiatives.
  • Provide a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support other HR and recruitment-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field (preferred but not required).

Experience:

  • 0–2 years of recruitment or HR experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Internship or exposure to recruitment is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, job portals, and social media platforms.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with recruitment systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php27,000.00 per month
