We are seeking a driven and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and attracting top talent across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand staffing needs and job requirements
  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize the recruitment process
  • Send weekly hiring reports to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of professional recruiting experience
  • Strong drive and initiative to meet and exceed hiring goals
  • Excellent vetting skills to identify the best candidates efficiently
  • Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other recruitment tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines

Schedule: Central Standard Time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45,000.00 per month
