Admin Assistant Intern

The Role: Admin Assistant intern assists the sales team. They may assist the manager and senior staff by performing administrative and entry-level duties while they gain experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing Schedules & Appointments – Keeping calendars organized, ensuring meetings are well-planned, and avoiding scheduling conflicts.
  • Document & File Organization – Maintaining both physical and digital records in an orderly, easy-to-access system.
  • Communication Handling – Screening calls, responding to emails promptly, and ensuring information flows smoothly between departments.
  • Supply & Resource Management – Monitoring inventory of office supplies/equipment and restocking before shortages occur.
  • Process Coordination – Assisting with workflow processes, ensuring tasks are completed on time, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • At least 4th year of Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Office Administration or any related field.
  • Fast learner and has a high level of attention to details.
  • Possesses time management skills.
  • Must have a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) from college or university
  • Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM.

**With OJT allowance

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 3 months
