The Role

We're hiring an Inbox Manager to oversee and manage the master inboxes for multiple clients ensuring every interested reply from our outbound campaigns receives a fast, thoughtful, and on-brand response.

You'll be responsible for engaging with warm leads who reply to cold email and LinkedIn campaigns, responding naturally, answering basic questions, and guiding them toward scheduling a call.

This role blends sales communication, copywriting, and relationship management, and is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of cold outbound messaging and knows how to turn interest into qualified opportunities.

You'll work closely with our GTM Engineers (who build the campaigns) to ensure your messaging aligns with each client's goals, tone, and offer.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and respond to all inbound replies from cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns across multiple client accounts
  • Personalize responses based on each client's industry, tone, and target persona using onboarding docs provided for context
  • Qualify interested leads by engaging them conversationally no pushy sales tactics and guiding them toward booking a meeting
  • Handle multiple master inboxes and maintain organized, timely responses
  • Collaborate with GTM Engineers to ensure response strategy aligns with campaign messaging and ICP
  • Track and report qualified leads (leads that agree to a call or meeting)
  • Manage follow-ups and light nurturing for prospects who request more information
  • Maintain tone consistency and professionalism across clients and industries
  • Manage LinkedIn message responses for clients using LinkedIn automation tools or HeyReach

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience managing outbound or sales inboxes (agency or B2B experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of cold outbound communication how to write naturally, build rapport, and convert curiosity into meetings
  • Excellent written English concise, warm, and confident tone
  • Background in sales, SDR, or lead generation (even partial)
  • Experience managing multiple accounts or client inboxes simultaneously
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive you don't let leads go cold
  • Comfortable working with slack, asana and google sheets
  • Able to learn new industries and client offers quickly through onboarding materials
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Willing to work with EST overlap as we mostly receive replies during EST hours.
