Overview

We are looking for a Client Manager who will play a key role in managing client communication through email and helping drive projects to successful completion. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments, we'd love to meet you

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to client emails with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Organize, clean up, and sort the inbox using filters and folders.
  • Work closely with Web Developers, Designers, QA Analysts, and Admin staff.
  • Track team performance and client accounts.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure all client communications are timely, clear, and error-free.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet tight deadlines.

Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed.
  • Knowledge of WordPress is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Basecamp or Trello is a big plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) is preferred.
