Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and oversee project plans, timelines, workflows, and documentation across multiple workstreams.
- Facilitate agile project cycles, ensuring timely progress updates, clear task ownership, and strong follow-through.
- Build and maintain tracking frameworks, dashboards, or systems that help teams stay aligned and informed.
- Translate broad, conceptual, or strategic ideas into clear, actionable project components and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring the right people are engaged at the right stage of each project.
- Conduct regular project reviews, identify roadblocks, propose solutions, and adjust plans as needed.
- Support leadership team in planning, prioritization, and decision-making through structured reporting and updates.
- Ensure work is executed with quality, clarity, and alignment to objectives, timelines, and resources.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in project management, operations, or related role.
- Strong understanding of agile workflows and iterative work cycles.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Strong communication and facilitation abilities, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable taking high-level ideas and translating them into structured steps and systems.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, ClickUp, Trello, Monday, or similar).
- Proactive, hands-on approach with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
- Must be amenable to work at night
- Must be comfortable working with timetrackers
- Must have own working equipment (computer: atleast i5 and 8GB Ram, webcamera, and noise cancelling headset)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php Php350.00 per hour
