Role Overview:

As a Project Manager with 10+ years of experience leading digital transformation, ITSM, and enterprise IT projects. The ideal candidate excels in managing full project lifecycles using Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies, aligning outcomes with business goals and compliance standards.

The candidate should bring hands-on ITSM expertise (ServiceNow, Zendesk, osTicket) and strong skills in project planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization are essential. You'll be involved in everything from technical development to client-facing communication during scrum meetings. While your role will primarily focus on development, you will have the opportunity to grow into leadership roles depending on your performance.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects across various industries, ensuring consistent on-time delivery and milestone achievement.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute full project lifecycles using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Design and implement project reporting frameworks and dashboards to drive clarity and accelerate decision-making.
• Manage ITSM platforms and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, osTicket) to improve service delivery and response times.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to manage scope, risks, schedules, and budgets.
• Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee and mentor project team members and junior project managers to boost productivity and ensure best practices.
• Leverage collaboration and productivity tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, Google Workspace, Office 365, Asana, and Smartsheet.
• Develop client proposals and deliver presentations aligned with SOPs and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in IT-related projects; 10+ years of total relevant experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise projects in pharmaceutical, banking and finance, academic, logistics, and consulting environments.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM tools and experience optimizing service operations.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and cross-functional team leadership.
• Experience mentoring teams, improving compliance, and driving continuous process improvement.
• Proficiency in collaboration and project tools: MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Office 365.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications a plus.
• Must be available to start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php90, Php120,000.00 per month
