Rockstar Real Estate, Marketing, and Creative Operations Assistant

Position: Part-Time to Full-Time Executive Operations Assistant Location: Remote (U.S. time zones preferred) Company: Deed Geeks — Disrupting the Distressed Real Estate Space

Deed Geeks is a modern real estate investment startup solving some of the gnarliest problems in property ownership—probate, title issues, and fractional interests. We use automation, digital strategy, and creative deal structures to unlock forgotten value in distressed properties.

We're looking for a marketing savant, someone who can design, lead, and execute a modern marketing engine across brand, content, automation, and growth.

This is not a junior role. You will own the strategy, lead coordination, and build systems that scale.

This is a part-time to full-time role with opportunities for rapid growth.

Core Responsibilities

Marketing Leadership & Brand Growth

• Own and manage company presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
• Drive measurable social media growth through organic content, distribution strategy, and light paid testing
• Develop content frameworks (education, authority, storytelling, conversion)
• Maintain and evolve a clear, trust-driven brand voice across all channels
• Set and manage content priorities aligned with revenue goals

Content, Video & Creative Direction

• Oversee and/or execute short-form and long-form video (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, thought leadership)
• Edit or direct video production using tools such as CapCut, Descript, Premiere Pro
• Collaborate with designers to produce graphics, thumbnails, and branded assets
• Repurpose core content across platforms for maximum leverage
• Ensure creative output is high-signal, professional, and consistent

Website, Funnels & Conversion

• Lead updates and optimization for websites, funnels, and landing pages
• Collaborate with designers and developers (or execute directly where appropriate)
• Improve messaging, layout, and calls-to-action for conversion
• Own CRO thinking, analytics review, and iteration
• Tools may include WordPress, Webflow, GoHighLevel, custom stacks

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Conceptualize and launch integrated marketing campaigns
• Build and manage content calendars, newsletters, and launch timelines
• Coordinate marketing assets across email, social, web, and sales enablement
• Test messaging, formats, and offers to find signal
• Turn insights into repeatable playbooks

AI Marketing, Automation & Systems

• Design and deploy AI-powered marketing workflows
• Automate content production, lead nurturing, and follow-ups
• Build and manage marketing systems using GoHighLevel, Monday, Airtable, Zapier, Notion, Google Sheets
• Ensure clean handoff from Marketing → Sales → CRM

You'll Need:

• 2+ years experience in operations, marketing coordination, or creative support
• A mix of creative eye + operational discipline—you can make things look good and run smoothly
• Proficiency in G Suite, Canva, Zapier, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with social media management tools (Later, Buffer, Metricool, or similar)
• Video editing experience (CapCut, Descript, or Adobe)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple ongoing projects
