Digital Performance Marketing Manager (Full-Time)

Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (AEDT) with flexibility for UAE coordination

Reports to: Founder

Salary: 2000AUD monthly pay (paid bimonthly)

About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Performance Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing creative and digital ecosystem. In this role, you'll work directly with the Founder to translate strategy into execution, turning ideas into measurable marketing outcomes.

You'll lead the digital performance engine across two brands, building and optimising campaigns, funnels, and automations that drive real results. This isn't a coordination role; it's a hands-on, data-informed execution role for someone who thrives on experimentation, creative storytelling, and measurable impact.

You'll manage and improve every part of the digital marketing cycle, from funnel build and lead capture to reporting, copywriting, and performance insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Implementation

  • Execute the marketing strategy jointly developed with the Founder.
  • Manage cross-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, and Podcasts.
  • Track and report on market trends, competitor moves, and digital best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Optimise social presence and lead flows across two brands.

Funnel Management & Automation

  • Build and manage lead generation funnels and automation workflows using tools like ManyChat, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, and ScoreApp.
  • Conduct A/B tests, segmentation, and performance analysis to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with the paid ads agency to ensure alignment of creative, targeting, and funnel structure.
  • Maintain oversight of ad spend efficiency and suggest new campaign approaches.

Content Creation & Copywriting

  • Write human, high-converting copy across website pages, social posts, and email campaigns.
  • Adapt tone and voice to match brand personality - creative, conversational, and emotionally engaging.
  • Support web development and creative teams with client-facing website copy when required.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Design and maintain a marketing performance reporting system from the ground up.
  • Deliver weekly snapshots highlighting top and underperforming content, lead metrics, and insights.
  • Produce monthly performance reports with clear analysis, learnings, and next-step recommendations.
  • Use data to drive continuous improvement in messaging, channel mix, and campaign ROI.

Collaboration & Executional Leadership

  • Partner with the Creative Director, Project Managers, Developers (UAE), and Ads Agency to ensure campaign success.
  • Drive efficient cross-team communication and implementation.
  • Take ownership of timelines, deliverables, and outcomes, ensuring execution quality without needing micromanagement.

Continuous Optimisation & Experimentation

  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and automation innovations.
  • Propose and test new funnels, webinars, or digital resources that improve lead quality and engagement.
  • Implement a "test fast, learn faster" culture, experimenting with new channels, offers, and campaign types.

Qualifications:

Digital Marketing & Platform Expertise

  • Proven experience managing social media and digital funnels across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Podcasts).
  • Strong command of automation and CRM systems— ManyChat, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, ScoreApp or similar tools.
  • Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting principles.
  • Experience optimising content and campaigns for visibility and conversion.
  • Confident in interpreting campaign analytics and applying insights to improve performance.

Copywriting & Content Creation

  • Exceptional ability to craft human, conversational, persuasive and high-converting copy for social media, email, and website campaigns.
  • Skilled at maintaining tone and brand consistency across channels.

Performance & Analytics

  • Skilled in performance tracking, A/B testing, and interpreting marketing data.
  • Comfortable setting KPIs and reporting outcomes weekly and monthly.
  • Confident using insights to recommend creative or strategic adjustments.

Strategic & Organisational Capability

  • Strong time and project management across parallel campaigns.
  • Collaborative operator experienced in coordinating with creative, development, and agency teams.
  • Ability to translate high-level strategy into tactical action plans.
