Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution:

  • Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest.
  • Email marketing workflows via HubSpot.
  • Track, measure, and report performance inside HubSpot.

Content Creation:

  • Create ad creatives, social media posts, landing pages, and email content.
  • Develop new content ideas aligned with B&C themes.

Sales Team Support:

  • Work with sales to nurture MQLs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and workflows.

Lead Generation:

  • Deliver 5 validated sales-ready leads weekly.

Daily Team Integration:

  • Morning check-ins.
  • Align actions with DPIs (Daily) and WPIs (Weekly).
Must have sound knowledge and experience with:

- HubSpot Marketing Hub & CRM (Certification preferred)
- Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Canva (or similar tools)
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Meet)
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and large language models (LLMs) for marketing research and campaign idea generation
- Taking the lead in campaigns from beginning to end
- Conduct targeted outreach via all platforms
- Design and develop marketing material
- Create engaging content for social media platforms and other digital channels
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools to track leads and engagement
- Analyse performance metrics weekly and recommend strategy adjustments

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (required) HubSpot expertise (certified preferred)
- Strong B2B marketing skills
- Results-driven, ownership mindset
- Creative yet data-oriented
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT to accelerate output and idea development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
- A strong eye for detail and passion for creativity
- Be willing to work independently and be a self starter
- Open and willing to take on Ad hoc tasks
