We are not looking for a designer.

We are looking for someone who sets the standard.

Frankies Auto Electrics is a fast-growing, multi-channel brand across retail, eCommerce and paid media. Our visuals are customer-facing, performance-driven and seen daily. This role is for a senior designer who wants ownership, influence and responsibility—not hand-holding.

The role

You will own the visual direction of the Frankies brand across campaigns, digital, retail and marketing channels. Your work will directly impact engagement, conversion and sales. You will work closely with leadership and marketing, with autonomy to raise the creative bar across the business.

What you'll do
  • Lead creative execution for campaigns, ads, social, EDMs, website, in-store and print
  • Maintain and evolve brand consistency while keeping creative commercially effective
  • Contribute to campaign ideas, not just execution
  • Build templates and systems so quality scales with speed
What we're looking for
  • A strong portfolio showing thinking, structure and intent, not just aesthetics
  • Fast, reliable delivery without cutting corners
  • Confidence to take feedback—and defend good design decisions
  • Initiative, ownership and pride in output
  • Experience in retail, eCommerce or performance-driven environments is a strong advantage
  • Minimum 3-4 years of graphic design experience required
  • Essential experience in automotive industry, retail/eCommerce, digital marketing, and multi-channel brands is a plus
  • Experience leading 1-2 design projects demonstrating brand leadership capability
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • This is a full on-site job in Angeles City Pampanga.
Skills
  • Proficiency required in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma, Sketch, and Canva Pro and other AI Tools.
  • Strong layout, typography and colour discipline
  • Motion, video or animation is a bonus (not required)
