Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand our client base. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth through market research, lead generation, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of solutions
  • Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
  • Represent the company at meetings, events, and industry forums as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or growth targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage
