The role

You will be responsible for the visual direction of the Frankies brand across digital, retail and marketing channels. Your work will be seen daily by customers and will directly influence engagement, conversion and sales.

You will work closely with leadership and marketing, with the autonomy to shape creative output and improve how design is done across the business.

What you will be responsible for

You will lead creative execution across campaigns, promotions and day-to-day marketing activity. This includes paid advertising, social media, EDMs, website assets, in-store visuals and print.

You will maintain and evolve brand consistency while ensuring creative remains commercially effective. You will contribute to campaign concepts, not just execution, and help build templates and systems that allow the brand to scale without losing quality.

What we consider top-tier

You have a strong portfolio that shows thinking, structure and intent, not just aesthetics. You understand that good design serves a purpose and delivers results.

You work efficiently and to deadlines without cutting corners. You are comfortable receiving feedback, but you also know when to stand by a design decision and explain why it works.

You take initiative, solve problems without being asked, and care about the quality of what goes out under your name.

Experience in retail, eCommerce, performance marketing or fast-paced commercial environments will be highly regarded.

Skills and tools

You are highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. You have strong layout, typography and colour discipline, and you know how to adapt creative for different platforms and formats.

Experience with motion graphics, video or animation is a bonus, but not essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
